So, the Monday after Easter, I weighed 249. I basically had the two shakes for lunch and dinner Saturday and Sunday, but ate whatever I wanted in the evening. At the end of the weekend, I hadn't gained anything, actually the scale said I lost .8 pounds but don't put too much into that.
Obviously, the success of this is what is peaking my interest. I am not that hungry during the day and I have something reasonable for dinner. We'll see how the week goes.
