I made sure not to weigh myself every day. Weight fluxuates hourly with water weight, bathroom visits, bursts of exercise, etc. so I weighed myself Wednesday. 245.
Now, I was really busy that week. I had some deadlines at work, it was the last week of school for the Spring semester, and the dojo was pretty busy as well. So, the two shakes were fine. In fact, Wednesday night I went out for Mexican with Dianne and the guys from the dojo. I had chips and salsa and a beer. Not the healthiest thing, but, the deal was I wasn't hungry and when the menu went around, I just passed it down the row.
I stuck to the routine religiously and Friday I weighed 243. Another busy weekend coming up. We'll see what happens.
